For toilets, sinks, showers, bathtub clogs, there is a $99 minimum service fee per each. If we have to pull the toilet to get to a clog, it is $199 service charge.

For sewer line clogs or camera inspections, we charge using a formula that is 1/2 service charge/hourly and 1/2 based on how many feet.

We have several level of sewer line unclogging, such as power snake or hydrojetting

Trip Charge: Roundtrip Service Charge; a base fee for Jim Thorpe, and a per mile fee further out. Charged to your credit/debit card. You must provide CLEAR instructions to your address / location and your vehicle description (so we can locate you)

Service Charge: The cost of a Service. It depends on the Service requested – a base cost and anything that makes it take longer or requires specialized attention.

Additional Service that can be performed at the same visit are eligible for a discount.

Fuel Charge: If you ran out of fuel, the cost of gas/diesel/heating oil.

Tax: Although many Services are generally not taxed in PA, any parts/rentals we might need to use for your service is taxed.

Rental Charge: If we need to rent any equipment in providing Service to you (rare).

Discounts?

• If you get more than one Service, we can often offer a discount on the Service Charge.
• If you pay the balance of your bill in cash, we can offer a small discount.
• Note that: we cannot “follow you to an ATM to get cash out”.
